WHO WE ARE

There’s a vibrant and unique rhythm to life in our city—of work, study, and play, whether we’re single or raising families. Just as each one of our lives is unique, there is a love like no other. This love is constant and truly satisfying, and we can experience it through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

We are a church in the city because this love has changed us in the midst of everyday life, giving us a new rhythm of worship, biblical living, prayer, and life together. Whether you have followed Jesus for many years, are returning to faith, or are simply beginning to ask questions, we welcome you!

OUR COMMUNITY

We have fellowship and ministry groups for singles, couples, families with children, youths, and college students. We meet regularly in smaller groups to read the Bible, pray and share our lives together. During these times, God's grace draws us into genuine friendship and community.

24/7Our name is about God’s 24/7 devoted love and faithfulness toward us——a love that rescues us, sustains us, and continually transforms us into the likeness of our Lord Jesus Christ. In response to this love, we desire to live in 24/7 devotion unto the Lord in our everyday lives here in New York City. We gather as a community to grow as disciples of Jesus, and we go out to love others in our neighborhoods, workplaces, and campuses by sharing the good news of the gospel.

ABIDEThere’s nothing like a place we can come to find rest. Jesus said, “Remain in me, as I also remain in you” (John 15:4). This is the heart behind abide. We want to remain in his presence by worshiping him, having his love and truth abound in our hearts, so that we can love others with the same love.

RhēmaRhēma is the Greek word meaning "spoken word" or "utterance." We gather around God's Word, trusting the Holy Spirit to speak through Scripture, reveal Christ, and lead us into lives of healing, renewal, and flourishing. May God’s Word renew and shape us into a people who bring the love and grace of Christ to our friends, co-workers, and city.

A FRAMEWORK FOR FOLLOWING JESUS

We cultivate a rhythm of worship, prayer, biblical living, and community into our daily life. Within this framework, we experience the reality of God's love and truth that continually draws us near to him. We also learn how a biblical relationship with Jesus is possible even in the busyness of daily living.

There are many expressions of worship but what they all have in common is that they are responses to who God is and what he has done. We center our personal and corporate life in God so that all of who we are become an expression of worship. Therefore, worship encompasses every aspect of our daily life and activities.

Just as we get to know another person by communicating over the phone or spending time together, we can know God through prayer. Through prayer, we continually cultivate personal and corporate relationship with God and experience how much he loves us. When we pray, God miraculously and graciously changes our situations and us. As we pray, we also receive God's love for others. We receive his heart for the world.

God has given us a church community where we love, encourage and enjoy one another. We experience God's presence and power as we spur each other on toward Christian maturity. Together, we endeavor to embody and proclaim faith, hope and love to all. We rejoice with those who respond to God's love to be a part of our church life.

Scripture teaches us to know and love God. Because of this relationship, we can also know and love one another. Biblical living is about our lives being shaped by God's love in his faithfulness and truth as we live in Christian identity and power. As we become rooted in Scripture, our lives increasingly reflect Jesus and his love for others.
